The Journey
As you approach Treeopia, you will have a glimpse of Parsons Hall Farm a timber framed medieval farmstead with thatched roof and the Tithe Barn.
On entering our red beech tree lined drive, you will have the pleasure of passing these beautiful and historic buildings, turning around the Tithe Barn and following the signs to Treeopia in the yard, you will approach a track, this track is level and perfect for all vehicles, even those lovely low to the ground sports cars.
The track then splits, where the sign directs you to Vivianna or Eathelin, this is where you take the journey to your very own secluded treehouse.
There is enough room for parking two cars at each treehouses, there you can off load and you have a choice of parking by your treehouse or in our farm yard, we do like to say that sometimes branches can fall from trees, especially in windy weather, parking in our farm yard, maybe the safer option, this is also where you can charge your EV car, with our super-fast charger
The Treehouses
We carefully planned the access and privacy, when we built both of our treehouses, choosing two mature trees in our woodlands, making sure they were complete separate and secluded from each other, but these trees also need to be growing on a bank, giving easy access and living accommodation elevated up in the treetops.
Vivianna
There are no steps into Vivianna, you can walk straight in, and walking around the balcony to the opposite site, gives you fabulous elevated views across the lake, with bistro sets on the balcony, allowing you to sit quietly and observe the wildlife or just lose yourself in the peace and quiet.
Vivianna has an external door at opposite ends, so you can enjoy walking straight into the open plan living, dining and kitchen area, or entering on the elevated side.
As you walk in you will not only be greeted by the toasty warm underfloor heating but a huge tree trunk, don’t forget to give the tree a hug!
The tree trunk extends right up through the centre of the treehouse and out through the roof!
In the bedroom, the super-king bed with its deep sprung luxury mattress, looks out across the lake, the bespoke headboard incorporates pop up USB charging points, keeping your devices charged, ready to hop on to the super-fast fibre WiFi.
The light switches can be reached from the bed, so no need to move, once you get snug.
A beautiful arch leads you from the bedroom into the bathing area, with copper bath and double sided bespoke ‘ithyphallic’ fireplace.
An external door from the bedroom, gives access to the balcony and bistro set, with views across the lake, both external doors are 1000mm wide, with a 100mm threshold.
Bespoke glass wall artwork decorates the lounge/dining area, beautifully designed and textured, making these very tactile, recent rejuvenations to the fireplace with a bespoke ‘ithyphallic’ hand blown glass art fire, with LED lighting, seeming lit and flickering, setting the mood for a cosy film evening on the smart TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fan oven, hob, microwave, fridge with small ice compartment, dishwasher and wine cooler, there is a hot water tap, that only boils the water you need for a hot drink and the cupboards are full of every utensil we could think of, you should want to cook.
The bathroom is fully fitted with twin sinks, flushing toilet and walk in rainfall power shower with a curved shower base with a 45mm step, a demisting mirror above the sinks, give you a clear vison even when things get steamed up.
There is low Led lighting around the balcony also around the hot tub, which is preheated, so ready to dip into on your arrival, the mellow lighting is bright enough for you to see your way, but won’t disturb the surrounding wildlife.
We want you to create the mood, we cannot allow candles or naked flames inside each treehouse, so outside there are candles on the outside table and seating next to the hot tub, allowing you to create the mood and enjoy candle lit midnight dip.
There are always plenty of logs next to the firepit and if you fancy a BBQ, then pop the grill on and open the box adjacent, in here you will find a bucket of charcoal, firelighters and a fire lighting stick too.
Eathelin
There are just three small steps into Eathelin, each step is 90mm high.

The grounds are a haven for wildlife, with an abundance of flora and fauna, follow the tracks meandering the trees and brooks, sit and watch the kingfisher perk for tiddlers.
Spot the muntjak, roe deer, hares, bats, Canadian geese, swans, fox, heron, moorhens, coots and so much more.
The grasslands are vibrant with colour in the summer months with wild flowers, making this a haven for butterflies, bees and other pollinators.
Tracks are mown making natural walkways, meandering through the trees, leaf and log piles are left for the habitat, there are numerous places to sit and watch the wildlife or picnic amidst the wilderness.
Outdoor footwear is recommended, as tracks can be slippery in wet weather.
