Whats in our Welcome Packs

Our welcome packs are full of locally sourced produce, with many items coming straight from our own farm — so you can’t get fresher or more local than that.

Apple Juice – Pressed from apples grown right here on our farm.

Crisps – Locally sourced from Tyrrells, all vegan-friendly.

Artisan Crackers – Gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians but produced in a facility that handles nuts.

Cheeses – Handpicked from our local supplier, Legges of Bromyard, all vegetarian-friendly.

Milk – Organic and sourced from a local dairy.

Handmade Chocolates – Crafted in Ludlow; while they contain no nuts, they are made in a nut-handling environment.

Fresh Eggs – Collected from our own hens, never older than 1–3 days.

Stock Up While You’re Here - We always have fresh eggs, apple juice, and cider available for purchase on the farm—perfect for restocking during your stay or taking a taste of the countryside home with you

What is the Wi-Fi password?

You can find this below this QR code also in our guest information book by the microwave.

Where is the kettle?

In both treehouses there is a hot water tap in the kitchen, this gives you boiling hot water at your convenience and just boils the amount you need, saving energy.

EV Charger

This is located in our farmyard, mounted on the wall to your right-hand side as you drive down to Treeopia, there is a QR code to scan, this will take you to the instructions on how to use and pay.

Local Takeaways

The guest information book by the microwave has a selection of menus from various outlets in Tenbury Wells. Please note - Only the Bridge Burgers will deliver to you, please give them your treehouse name either Eathelin or Vivianna and our address, which is Parsons Hall Farm, Kyre, Tenbury Wells, WR15 8RW.

Checking in and out

Check in is between 4pm and 8pm on the agreed date of arrival. If you are likely to arrive after 8pm, please just let us know by sending a message to Nicki on 07971 191201. Check out is 10am on the morning of your departure, unless of course you have added a lazy Sunday departure, should you like to add this during your stay, please contact us, please note, this is only available on a Sunday. Please leave the key on the door on your departure.
