Here at Treeopia we do our utmost to look after our environment

Each treehouse is very well insulated, reducing heat loss to a maximum, all the lights are low energy LEDs and outside there are solar lights to show the way. The underfloor heating control settings are set at the most economical, every welcome packs produce is locally sourced, reducing food miles and associated costs.

We control our waste with having recycling bins in each treehouse, all waste is recycled, reducing landfill.

We manage our woodlands, by coppicing also our biodiversity, encouraging animals, plants, insects by leaving natural habitats, such as wetlands, wood piles, mud flats to attract wildfowl.

All our fallen branches are recycled into logs for each firepit and smaller woody waste is left in a pile to gently rot down.
