Levels of luxury are soaring at our magical treehouse destination

Going above and beyond to make guests as comfortable as possible has always been a priority for Treeopia’s Founders, Nicki and John Beavan.

Taking luxury treehouse accommodation to a whole new level, Nicki and John have spent the last year carefully considering how they might enhance guest experience at their five-star romantic retreat.

“We want to put something back” explains Nicki, “To show our loyal guests how much we appreciate them. Impressing new guests is important too.

It would be easy to simply enjoy the wonderful feedback received every week – we are close to reaching one hundred five-star Google reviews! However, it’s a competitive market and we want to continue to set ourselves apart. We genuinely believe there is nowhere else like us in Great Britain.”

Vivianna’s new soft furnishings and mirrors

As a Master Cabinet Maker John’s work has been listed at Christies and Sotheby’s. This is ostensibly cutting-edge luxury treehouse design. 

John has recently made a new headboard for Vivianna’s superior super king-sized bed. Nicki designed this with pop-up mobile phone chargers to keep the design aesthetically refined and practical in purpose.  John has carved the headboard from eucalyptus, due to its healing properties. This is just a simple example of one of their recent enhancements and it’s typical of the way this dynamic duo thinks and works together.

Similarly, the pretty, sheltered hot tubs with tiki style roof are now clad in oak wrapped with copper bands; copper also chosen for its healing properties. In addition, John has carved two charming oak steps for each hot tub, with a rail for easy access. “Treeopia, where time stands still” has been etched into the steps, reinforcing the serene beauty surrounding each tub.

In pursuit of the ultimate, sustainable and luxurious experience for every treehouse guest, Treeopia is constantly evolving and adapting in harmony with its beautiful, natural surroundings. 

The interiors of both Vivianna and Eathelin have also undergone a charming transformation. Stunning, textured soft furnishings, richly patterned with colourful biophilic designs, reflect the natural beauty and magic that Treeopia radiates in abundance.

In Vivianna, glass wall decorations, handcrafted in Brecon, provide a striking backdrop in the main living area; subtly ablaze with golden dandelions, connecting inside to outside. Hanging over Vivianna's new headboard in the bedroom, a huge, majestic mirror, designed by Nicki and framed by John in oak, reflects the beautiful lake and landscape embracing this romantic retreat.

This striving for pampering perfection has seen a complete rebrand transforming Treeopia into a super-deluxe treehouse destination.

“Guests often tell us that our site and photography don’t do Treeopia  justice, so we decided to do something about it. It’s been quite a challenge!
